Comments and community participation
When you comment, WordPress collects the fields shown in the form, your IP address, and browser information to help detect spam. Approved comments and display names are public. Email addresses are not published with comments. Spam checks may process comment information through the anti-spam service configured on the site.
Comments are reviewed before publication. Commenting does not subscribe you to email updates. You may request a correction or removal through the contact form on the About page.
Optional email updates
When email subscriptions are available, signup is separate from commenting. The subscription form describes the emails you can expect, and confirmation is requested by email. The newsletter software stores your subscription status and the email address you provide. Use the unsubscribe link in a subscription or newsletter message to leave.
Contact messages
The contact form sends your name, email address, and message to the site owner through the website’s mail service. These messages are not published as comments and do not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please keep confidential and sensitive information out of your message.
Cookies and website operation
WordPress uses cookies for administrator login. If you choose to save your details while commenting, comment form cookies can remember them for a later visit. Hosting and security services may keep access logs to operate and protect the website.
Free downloads and purchases
The free challenge and book sample are available without an email address. When paid checkout becomes available, its payment provider and purchase terms will be identified before payment. Payment card details should be entered only into that provider’s checkout.
Your questions and requests
Use the contact form on the About page for privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or removal requests. Identify the relevant comment or subscription so the owner can locate it. The owner may need to verify that a request comes from the person concerned.
